Challenge: Conveyed by the Business Director, the role demanded a candidate skilled in both account handling and project management - a rare combination. The dual nature of the role, with its emphasis on project management, posed recruitment difficulties as some candidates were averse to such a hybrid responsibility.

Due to a rapid organic growth within a critical account, our client needed an experienced Account Manager to join their team to support their team in managing the mounting workload.
