The Role:
 
As a Senior Exhibition/Experiential Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and visual identity of our client's events and exhibitions. From concept development to the creation of 3D exhibition and 2D graphics designs, you will be at the forefront of crafting immersive experiences. Your role will also involve workshop-ready CAD working drawings, staying abreast of industry trends, and occasional international travel for inspiration.
 
Responsibilities & Expectations:
 
Develop compelling concepts and creative storytelling
Execute 3D exhibition and 2D graphics design
Produce workshop-ready CAD working drawings
Stay informed on current and future trends, including AI, AR, and Real-Time rendering
Participate in international travel for inspiration
Provide on-site guidance for design implementation
Bring innovative ideas to continually elevate the department's creative output
Contribute to shaping the overall design identity of the company

Skills Required:
 
Proficiency in SketchUp, 3DS Max, Corona Render, and Adobe Suite (preferred)
Willingness to learn and adapt to other software competencies (training provided)
Exceptional creative thinking, communication, and time management skills
Confident and engaging presentation abilities for pitches alongside directors
Proven ability to lead multiple projects with a proactive, can-do attitude
Strong team player with enthusiasm for collaborative efforts
Capability to work both independently and within a larger team structure
