Account Director – Integrated Creative Agency- London

DNA Recruit have partnered with a renowned Integrated Creative agency to help them find an Account Director. The agency is completely integrated and fiercely independent, committed to doing everything necessary for ambitious brands to achieve greater success.

The Role:
In the midst of an ongoing expansion, our client is seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic Account Director. This role involves collaborating on innovative consumer engagement campaigns for a global client. The Account Director will work closely with the agency team, cultivating lasting client relationships based on trust and open dialogue. Beyond project ownership, the role includes managing a small team, providing support, and fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a key point of contact across a brand portfolio, working closely with the Group Account Director.
• Takes full ownership of specific project streams from inception to completion.
• Contributes to the development of the strategic vision for each engagement and implements plans to achieve objectives.
• Collaborates with clients to create a shared agenda and designs consumer engagement campaigns aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Manages one or more individuals, offering mentorship and career development.

Essential Experience:

• Proven Account Director experience with over 2 years in a creative/CX agency.
• Track record of leading 360 brand and digital activations throughout the entire customer experience.
• Demonstrates a keen interest in emerging trends and technologies.

 
 
Salary: £58K + Benefits
