Account Director - Global Advertising Agency - Health

DNA are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director to join an expanding health division. This permanent role offers the chance to lead major accounts, guide a talented team, and shape the future of healthcare advertising.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Account Director, playing a crucial part in a groundbreaking global launch. Your pharmaceutical and advertising expertise will be pivotal as you direct a passionate team and serve as a strategic partner to their clients. You'll be at the forefront of creating impactful campaigns for both global and US markets, including branded, unbranded, patient, and HCP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Acumen: Understand clients' businesses deeply, assisting with long term planning and investment decisions. Develop growth plans, manage fees, and negotiate proposals to maximize agency revenue.
Client Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for senior clients, building trusted relationships and providing strategic insights. Inspire and motivate your client team, ensuring BBH's quality and professionalism are upheld.
Creative Excellence: Partner with senior creative leads to deliver inspiring work. Utilise your strategic understanding and industry knowledge to enhance creative outcomes and explore new possibilities.
Cultural Stewardship: Foster a positive, inclusive team culture. Communicate effectively, manage conflicts, and nurture relationships. Contribute to the agency's development and future facing initiatives.
