A leading global design and manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and dynamic New York-based Account Director to manage and grow strategic client relationships. This role is perfect for a commercial-minded professional who thrives on delivering results, driving new opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor to world-renowned brands.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Own and develop significant client relationships, acting as a Trusted Advisor and key escalation point.
• Define strategic direction, ensuring alignment with both client objectives and company goals.
• Lead pitches, RFIs, and RFPs, driving the win team with tenacity to close deals.
• Continuously seek new opportunities—whether from existing partnerships or new business development.

• Take full accountability for revenue growth, managing a portfolio of clients while ensuring profitability.
• Own your revenue forecast, always knowing your top five opportunities and the next project on the horizon.
• Balance commercial acumen with client satisfaction to deliver successful, budget-managed outcomes.

• Lead a high-performing team, managing Account Managers and partnering with Project Managers and Operations.
• Champion environmentally friendly and sustainable practices within daily operations.
• Act as a role model, embodying the company’s entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, and collaborative ethos.
