Account Manager - Social Media Agency – London
 
DNA Recruit is working with a leading Social Media Agency, known for its strategic approach to content creation. With over a decade of experience, they've collaborated with renowned brands and personalities worldwide.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind client satisfaction. From fostering strong connections to ensuring timely delivery of exceptional work, your role will be pivotal in their success.
 
Responsibilities:

• Cultivating and maintaining client relationships through various communication channels.
• Brainstorming and planning engaging social content aligned with platform dynamics and audience behaviour.
• Collaborating with the Design Team to execute content according to client specifications.
• Upholding strict deadlines to deliver high-quality work consistently.
• Liaising with the Account Director to ensure project alignment and quality standards.
• Managing social output for assigned clients and seeking approval for content.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance services and retain clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of social media experience, preferably in a Creative Agency setting.
• A genuine passion for social media and brand engagement.
• Basic knowledge of paid and dark social strategies.
• Proficiency in copywriting for social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with a diplomatic yet clear approach.
• Resilience in handling client demands and seeking clarification when necessary.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A commitment to upholding the Agency’s reputation as a brand ambassador.

 
Salary: £35K
London/Hybrid.
