Business Development Lead - Creative Technology Agency - London
 
Are you a passionate Business Development Lead ready to shape the future of Immersive Experiences?
 
DNA Recruit is working with a Dynamic Creative Technology Agency that's redefining how people connect with brands. They're seeking a talented Business Development Lead to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: Researching potential clients, industries, and markets to identify growth opportunities.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies: Creating and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships: Cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiating contracts and partnerships: Negotiating favorable terms and conditions for business deals and partnerships.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities: Staying informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Providing strategic guidance and leadership: Offering insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improve processes.
  • Achieving revenue targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall financial success of the organization.
 
Experience & Skills Required:
  • Proven track record in business development: Demonstrated experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in a relevant industry: Understanding of the industry or market in which the company operates.
  • Experience with CRM software: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage sales pipelines and customer data.
  • Experience in a sales or business development role: Prior experience in a sales or business development position, preferably with a focus on B2B or B2C sales.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Relationship building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Negotiation skills: Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for business deals.
  • Sales skills: Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Market analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and find creative solutions.
  • Presentation skills: Ability to deliver effective presentations to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Time management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload effectively.
