DNA Recruit is working with a Leading Brand Experience Agency who are seeking a dynamic professional to spearhead their efforts in acquiring new clients. With creativity, determination, and an entrepreneurial spirit, you’ll represent their brand, identifying challenges and creating tailored solutions to open doors for meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities with a distinctive, intelligent approach that benefits clients and colleagues alike.
• Leverage your insights and past experiences to craft and implement effective sales strategies.
• Deliver engaging credential presentations that captivate prospective clients and highlight our unique capabilities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through innovative outreach.
• Lead the development of small to large RFI responses as required.
• Cultivate and expand relationships within new client networks.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, news, and competitor activities to uncover fresh opportunities.
• Collaborate with our creative community to develop personalized outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and share regular performance reports.

 
Skills & Experience Required:

• Min 5 years experience in a business development role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven attitude.
• Experience in the events industry is a bonus, but not essential.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to contribute ideas, innovate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 
Salary: up to £50k plus comms and benefits
