About the Role
As a Business Director, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional leadership, inspiring your team, and driving the agency's goals with ambition and innovation. You will cultivate strong partnerships with clients, understanding their business needs, and translating these into bold, game-changing strategies that go beyond the brief. This role requires someone who can spot opportunities, turn them into reality, and guide the team to deliver top-quality, award-winning work.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative efforts, driving top-quality, innovative campaigns that exceed client expectations.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Shape business vision and brand strategies, leading the team in developing impactful briefs.
• Manage account profitability, negotiate budgets, and identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative culture and setting high standards in all work.

 
Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven leadership experience in account management within a leading creative agency.
• Strong ability to foster client relationships, acting as a trusted business partner.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with experience in brand development and creative strategy.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• High emotional intelligence and team management experience, mentoring and inspiring others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating initiative and ambition.
