DNA Recruit are working with a leading Brand Strategy Consultancy who are on the hunt for an experienced and driven Client Director to join their team. If you have a passion for building distinctive brand propositions, developing impactful campaigns, and driving business transformation programs that elevate profitability for clients, this could be the role for you.
 
The Role:
You will work alongside our Strategy and Creative partners, each with 15+ years of experience, leading high-performance teams to craft brand strategies that deliver outstanding results. As Client Director, you will oversee the strategic and creative direction for existing client brands, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
 
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, guiding clients through challenging change programs that span internal launches, product design, thought leadership, and integrated campaigns, ensuring their new brand positioning comes to life.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic and creative direction of client projects, ensuring the best use of resources.
• Manage client relationships with senior stakeholders, including CMOs and CEOs, building long-term partnerships.
• Oversee financial management and profitability across key accounts and projects.
• Drive the strategic growth of the business by identifying and unlocking new opportunities within the client base.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering creativity and entrepreneurship.

 
Essential Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in brand, communications, or marketing consultancy with a proven track record in driving brand and business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience improving profitability and managing project budgets.
• Confident and persuasive presenter, capable of managing senior clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for identifying growth opportunities and driving results.
