Content Manager - Social Media Agency – London
 
DNA Recruit is partnering with a top tier Social Media Agency recognized for their strategic content creation methodology. With more than 10 years in the industry, they have forged partnerships with esteemed brands and personalities on a global scale.

As a Content Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape the online presence of leading brands while working alongside a talented team of professionals.
 
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies tailored to client objectives and audience interests.
• Craft engaging copy for various content formats, including posts, captions, and short-form video scripts.
• Collaborate closely with the Client Services team to brainstorm creative ideas for maximum impact.
• Stay updated on social media trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Work closely with the Creative Team to ensure seamless integration of visual content and copy.
• Review content calendars to ensure timely execution and publication across all platforms.
• Present content strategies and reports to clients and internal stakeholders, offering valuable insights and recommendations.

 
Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Social Media role at a Creative Agency.
• Proficiency in organic social media strategies and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing content strategies across multiple social media platforms.
• Exceptional copywriting skills for social media content in English.
• Strong understanding of brand identity in relation to social media.
• Excellent communication skills with a diplomatic approach to client interactions.
• Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client satisfaction.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• A true ambassador for the agency, embodying their values of diversity, inclusivity, and creativity.

 
Salary: £35K
London/Hybrid.
