DNA Recruit is working with a world-renowned Global Brand Experience Agency who are seeking a dynamic Creative Director who'll bring innovative concepts to life, blending artistry with strategy to design immersive, unforgettable spaces and experiences. With expertise in luxury, automotive, and premium retail sectors, you’ll guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional campaigns that push the boundaries of experiential marketing.
 
Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the creative direction for compelling, multi-sensory campaigns.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, production, and client services teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Mentor and manage a diverse team of designers, artists, and creatives.
• Conceptualize and execute visually stunning projects, utilizing both traditional and digital media.
• Present clear, innovative ideas and concepts to clients, from inception to completion.
• Integrate AI tools and software to enhance creative outcomes.

 
Skills & Experience Required:

• 8–10+ years of creative leadership experience, with a portfolio showcasing experiential marketing or immersive art.
• Proven expertise in merging traditional and interactive media to create impactful campaigns.
• A track record of delivering large-scale, successful projects for top-tier clients.
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

 
Salary: up to £130k Package
