JOB DESCRIPTION
DNA is exclusively partnering with a top global retailer in search of a CRM Specialist to focus on customer engagement through their new mobile app.
Do you have experience as a CRM Specialist, working on customer engagement initiatives for a well established retail brand? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
Objectives of the new CRM initiatives:
- Create and launch new ways to engage their customers and get them to use their new mobile app.
- Improve how they interact with these customers, using data to test and refine their approach.
- Collect insights from these interactions to learn about customer preferences and behaviors, while following their strategic goals, regulations, and ethical standards that focus on customer value.
- To meet these goals, you need to understand how to manage different customer groups or stages in their journey, to provide more value and gain deeper customer insights.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with CRM experience in an established retail brand to help develop and grow something new within a fast growing, globally recognized retailer.
