JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Designer with a strong background in B2B communications who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers the chance to shine while leading the output of the company and managing a junior designer. The ideal candidate will be independent and capable of producing high quality work across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a variety of design tasks, from daily operations to new project initiatives, while enhancing the company’s proposition, tone of voice, values, and design system.
- Produce engaging materials, including social posts, presentations, and collateral, while driving innovation in the design process through technology and improved workflows.
- Support client work with digital, social design, print and contribute to the development of film and content capabilities.
- Enhance pitch materials and client presentations, providing creative support throughout the proposal process.
Skills and Experience:
- Passion for design with a keen eye for detail and a drive for innovation.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Strong emotional intelligence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and delegating tasks effectively.
- Ideally, experience in financial services or B2B professional services.
