Are you an experienced Event Manager looking for your next challenge?
DNA Recruit are working with a leading media and events organisation to recruit a talented Event Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of high-profile B2B events, including conferences, exhibitions, and awards.
The Role
In this position, you’ll take full end-to-end responsibility for both in-person and online events. You’ll oversee budgeting, supplier management, venue coordination, and logistics, ensuring that each event is delivered seamlessly and to the highest standard. This role also involves close collaboration with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to create engaging, impactful experiences for attendees.
Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of event planning, logistics, and on-site execution.
Managing budgets, forecasts, and supplier negotiations.
Developing a deep understanding of client objectives to ensure event success.
Venue sourcing and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Coordinating speakers, AV production, sponsorship opportunities, and delegate experience.
Overseeing marketing and ensuring event websites remain up to date.
Running seamless event-day operations and conducting post-event analysis for improvements.
What We’re Looking For
You will have proven experience in B2B event operations, ideally with P&L responsibility.
Strong budget management and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
