DNA Recruit is on the lookout for an Event Producer to join a global B2B events agency that works with some of the world’s most innovative brands. If you’re a skilled Producer or Project Manager who loves managing all the moving parts of a project, thrives in delivering large-scale events, and wants to take the next step in your career, this is the opportunity for you!

• Build lasting client relationships. You’ll be the trusted go-to person for clients, creating strong, honest partnerships and ensuring smooth, open communication throughout the project.

What you’ll do:

• Own the day-to-day management of your events, following clear processes and keeping everything organized from start to finish.
• Deliver top-tier customer service while keeping a tight hold on the budget and proactively managing client expectations.
• Be part of creative brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas that will excite and inspire clients and attendees alike.
• Build timelines, create fee proposals, and lead all pre-production planning, making sure everything is on track.
• Be the lead on-site during events, managing teams, troubleshooting, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Manage post-event reports, tracking ROI and delivering insights to make future events even better.
• Help improve how we work, finding ways to streamline processes and ensure best practices are always followed.
• Build great relationships with clients and keep them coming back for more.

What we’re looking for:

• You’re experienced in live events, especially within the B2B events agency space, and know how to deliver complex, high-quality experiences.
• You’re super organized and process-driven – you can handle multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders at once without breaking a sweat.
• You’re a confident decision-maker, problem-solver, and communicator, able to present ideas clearly and take the lead when needed.
• You’re ambitious, energetic, and driven to deliver the very best for your clients and team.
• You’re adaptable and collaborative, working well with others while taking the initiative to lead when the situation calls for it.
• You’re ideally familiar with Mac, Google Drive, and Procim (but don’t worry, they’ll provide training if you’re not!).
