DNA Recruit are delighted to be working with a leading global experiential agency, who are seeking a talented and dynamic Event Producer to join their team. With a reputation for creating unforgettable events, this agency partners with some of the most prestigious brands worldwide to deliver immersive showcases, large-scale productions, and innovative activations that captivate audiences.

As an Event Producer, you will play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of live events, from initial briefing to on-site execution. You will collaborate with internal teams, lead smaller project teams, and contribute to new business acquisition through compelling pitches and proposals.
Responsibilities:

• Project Management – Oversee the production of live events, ensuring top-tier execution from pre-production to final delivery.
• Creative Collaboration – Work closely with design, content, and production teams to bring bold creative visions to life.
• Client Relations – Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and delivering events that exceed expectations.
• Budget & Logistics – Manage budgets up to £450K, ensuring efficiency and profitability while delivering exceptional value.
• On-Site Execution – Travel within the UK and internationally to oversee event delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
• Leadership & Strategy – Lead small project teams and contribute to the agency’s broader business strategy.

About You:

• Proven experience producing conferences, brand activations, showcases, or experiential events – ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A creative problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel regularly for events, both in the UK and internationally.
• Full UK driving license and passport required.
