We’re searching for a Global Director of Engineering to spearhead the strategy and execution of technology initiatives that align with the company’s core focus on display and fixture development and production. Reporting directly to the COO, this role is pivotal in driving innovation, operational excellence, and delivering impactful technology solutions across global operations.

What You’ll Bring:
15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, ideally in the manufacturing or retail technology sectors, with a proven track record of managing global technology operations.
You will have deep expertise in interactive displays, digital signage, A/V, and both software & hardware development (this is a MUST for consideration).
Proven success in managing global tech operations and delivering strategic, high-impact solutions.
Strong knowledge of electronic solutions — from design and manufacturing to sourcing.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
A visionary mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving tech transformation.

Locations: San Francisco (Preferred) OR Chicago (Hybrid working arrangement).
