DNA are partnering exclusively with a cutting-edge global innovation agency that works with some of the world’s top brands and retailers to transform customer experiences through creativity, insight, and technology.
We’re searching for a Global Head of (Software and Immersive) Technology to lead the charge in defining and executing the technological vision and strategy. Reporting directly to the COO, this role is pivotal in driving innovation, operational excellence, and delivering impactful techology solutions across global operations.
What You’ll Bring:
15+ years of current and immersive technology leadership experience — ideally in manufacturing or technology-driven sectors.
Deep expertise in interactive displays, digital signage, A/V, and both software & hardware development (this is a MUST for consideration).
Proven success in managing global tech operations and delivering strategic, high-impact solutions.
Strong knowledge of electronic solutions — from design and manufacturing to sourcing.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
A visionary mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving tech transformation.
Locations: San Francisco (Preferred) OR Chicago (Hybrid working arrangement).
