DNA Recruit is working with a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare solutions for women navigating the perimenopause and menopause. Their mission is to empower women with knowledge and support to manage their health and well-being during this transformative phase of life. They're seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to help them expand their reach and retain their valued patients.
 
The Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for driving patient acquisition and retention. You'll work closely with their marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns, analyze patient data, and foster positive relationships with their patients.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute customer acquisition plans, attract new patients through strategic campaigns, and optimize acquisition channels.
• Customer Retention: Build positive relationships with patients, gather feedback, and develop personalized engagement programs.
• Data Analysis: Analyze patient data to identify trends, inform key business decisions, and track campaign performance.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer retention or acquisition, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of acquisition marketing and retention strategies.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tactics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
