The Role
As Head of Agency Growth, you will lead marketing and growth strategies, driving global business expansion and immediate success. You’ll boost brand awareness, generate leads, and ensure their offerings remain competitive. Working with a dedicated team, you’ll oversee the RFP and pitching process, refine service offerings, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Drive campaigns to generate leads, build awareness, and enhance recognition.
• Manage RFPs, pitches, and streamline resources for optimal results.
• Collaborate with teams to identify growth opportunities and expand client accounts.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovations into our offerings.

 
Skills and Experience Required

• Proven track record in marketing leadership and business growth.
• Strong experience in experiential marketing and agency
• Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Skilled in managing RFPs, pitches, and sales pipelines.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• In-depth understanding of industry trends and innovative technologies.

 
Salary: Up to £100k
