Head of Partnerships – Immersive Experiences
London/Hybrid
22.5 hours per week initially, with a view to move to FT position 
Salary: £50K - £65K (+OTE) pro rata – Open to possible freelance options

We’re searching for a visionary Head of Partnerships to join their dynamic team. Your Impact:
You’ll lead the charge in securing high-value, multi-year commitments that will bring their visionary projects to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Partnership Strategy: Design and implement partnership strategies that align with creative and marketing teams, ensuring seamless integration.
• Drive Major Agreements: Oversee the creation, pitching, negotiation, and securing of significant partnership deals.
• Manage Workflows: Oversee the creation and management of partnership and development workflows from start to finish.

What You Bring:

• Proven Success: A track record of securing major partnership agreements at the six-figure level or higher.
• Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in managing teams effectively with a proactive, resilient, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Top-Notch Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly.
