Interim EOS Integrator (COO) - Media Agency - Greece (Remote)
 
Are you a dynamic leader with a "get it done" attitude?
 
DNA Recruit is working with a leading Media Campaign Performance Optimization Agency to find an EOS Integrator. As the largest independent media buying agency in Greece, they provide international media planning and buying services to clients in over 25 countries.
 
They're seeking an EOS Integrator to drive organizational effectiveness by managing and integrating day-to-day operations. As EOS Integrator, you'll partner closely with their Visionary/CEO to lead, manage, and oversee all major functions of the business in a high-pressure, fast-paced, results-oriented environment. They're looking for a fast, flexible, organized, and highly skilled leader to enable their CEO to focus on visionary and growth activities.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring effective execution of the business plan.
  • Oversee and make decisions on organizational spending (P&L).
  • Cultivate a healthy organizational culture, ensuring the right people are in the right roles and communication is clear.
  • Optimize departmental resources based on priorities and remove operational obstacles.
  • Manage accountabilities, outcomes, and goal-setting processes.
  • Ensure smooth communication and integration across departments.
  • Oversee project management and handle special projects as needed.
  • Conduct quarterly all-hands meetings to align staff on vision and plans.
  • Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable.
  • Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assigning accountabilities and conducting performance reviews.
  • Mentor and develop staff, ensuring timely training and development.
  • Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and termination processes.
  • Exhibit excellent planning, self-management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Continuously learn, evolve, and demonstrate strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
 
Skills and Qualifications Required:
  • Proven team leadership and management experience.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations and execute business plans.
  • Experience with P&L management and project oversight.
  • Quick, independent decision-making skills with limited information.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Effective inter-departmental communication and collaboration.
  • Ability to align and work closely with the Visionary/CEO.
  • Cultivate a healthy organizational culture with the right talent.
  • Optimize resources based on priorities.
  • Manage accountabilities, outcomes, and goal-setting.
  • Monitor and develop staff performance and goals.
  • Fast, flexible, and organized with multitasking abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and coaching.
