Operations Assistant - Digital “Retail Tech” Agency - London (Hybrid)

DNA have partnered with a Digital “Retail Tech” Agency and are looking for an organised and motivated Operations Assistant. You’ll play a key role in coordinating the deployment and maintenance of in-store media installations across the UK, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a fast paced environment and develop your skills in operations and project support.

What you’ll do:
• Support the installation of in-store media units, troubleshooting on-site challenges and ensuring smooth deployments.
• Coordinate with retailers and stores to manage schedules and resolve minor operational issues.
• Monitor and manage support tickets, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and provide remote assistance.
• Assist with uploading and scheduling content across various platforms and retailers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain organized project records.

What we’re looking for:
• 1-2 years of experience in a support or administrative role, preferably within retail, logistics, or operations. (MUST HAVE)
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com or Jira, plus Google Workspace.
• A proactive attitude and a knack for teamwork in a dynamic environment.
