Location: London (minimum 3 days in-office)

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the founder and senior team to set the company’s vision and operational objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations across finance, production, partnerships, creative, and marketing, ensuring seamless execution.
• Cultural Stewardship: Drive a positive and purpose-led organisational culture that embodies the company’s core values: critical thinking, ambition, nourishment, playfulness, and trust.
• Industry Representation: Be the face of the organisation at events, with partners, and in thought leadership spaces.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Proven leadership as a Managing Director, ideally within start-ups or SMEs in the creative, arts, immersive or events industry.
• A varied career in creative and experiential events, with expertise in immersive and interactive projects.

Skills:

• Strategic thinker and operational expert with a knack for building healthy, thriving organisations.
• Inspiring leader capable of driving creativity and innovation.
• Outstanding problem solver with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects.
• Exceptional communicator, relationship builder, and culture champion.

Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of immersive media, experiential design, and cutting-edge production technology trends.
