Marketing and Growth Director – Omnichannel Ad Agency – London
 
Are you a visionary Marketing and Growth Director ready to drive impact and innovation?
 
DNA Recruit is working with a leading Omnichannel Ad Agency, dedicated to innovation and excellence, where your leadership will directly shape their success. They offer an environment that celebrates growth, collaboration, and bold ideas.
 
About the Role:
As their M&GD, you’ll shape and execute strategic marketing campaigns, foster partnerships, and establish the agency as a thought leader in the industry. You’ll oversee a talented team comprising a Business Development Lead and a Marketing Lead.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Leverage events, PR, and thought leadership initiatives to position the agency as an industry leader.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and partners, nurturing a culture of business development agency-wide.
  • Drive lead conversion through tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and impactful presentations.
  • Develop and refine onboarding processes, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
 
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in senior marketing or business development roles, with the ability to develop and execute innovative, results-driven strategies.
  • Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of multi-channel marketing, including digital, social media, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and event marketing.
  • Business Development: Strong track record in lead generation, networking, and client acquisition, with a focus on nurturing and converting high-value leads.
  • Communication and Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Team Management: Experience leading and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Strong focus on client needs, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring exceptional onboarding and retention.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Proven ability to establish and promote organizational thought leadership through PR, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
 
Salary: Up to £120k plus bonus and benefits
