Rate: £150/day

What You'll Do
As the Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring these immersive projects reach and captivate their audience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing marketing schedules and liaising with agencies to keep campaigns on track.
• Crafting and editing copy that aligns with the brand’s voice.
• Supporting content creation for the website and social media, maintaining a robust posting schedule.
• Coordinating the approval process for marketing materials across teams.
• Designing presentations and decks using tools like Canva and Google Slides.
• Sending engaging customer emails about events and activities.
• Occasionally working on-site at a central London office or performance venues.

What We're Looking For

• Creative Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised Multitasker: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Digital Enthusiast: Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic email marketing tools.
• Design Savvy: Basic skills in graphic design and video editing.
• Passionate & Proactive: A self-starter with a love for arts and immersive storytelling.
