Marketing & Sales Manager - Brand Strategy Consultancy - Birmingham/Hybrid
 
Are you a dynamic and driven Marketing & Sales Manager?
 
DNA Recruit is working with an International Brand Strategy Consultancy, focused on using brand as a tool for driving organizational transformation. They help clients unlock long-term growth by enhancing the tangible and intangible value of their businesses, bringing brand strategy into the boardroom to fuel commercial success.
 
They are seeking a highly motivated individual to bridge content marketing with sales outreach, executing a carefully designed strategy to drive growth and engagement. You will play a vital role in lead generation, campaign management, and content production, working closely with their studio to create impactful materials.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute outbound marketing and sales initiatives, organize and attend events, and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., direct mail, LinkedIn, email, social media) in collaboration with third-party vendors for both paid and organic efforts.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content such as whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts, while proactively developing materials that address client pain points.
  • Lead and manage external sales reps, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Maintain data integrity, create automation workflows, and manage prospect priorities in the CRM system (Pipedrive).
  • Monitor key metrics, optimize campaigns, and report results to senior leadership.
  • Oversee budget allocation and coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Work with creative, senior leadership, and finance teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
 
Key Skills:
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of marketing and branding in a business context.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with senior-level prospects and stakeholders.
  • Experience in a hybrid sales and marketing role, preferably in a B2B or consultancy setting.
  • Creative thinker with content management experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive), data management, and marketing automation tools.
  • Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership.
 
Salary: £30-50k (dependent on experience) + Generous benefits package, with negotiable on-target earnings
Hybrid role with 3-4 days per week in their Birmingham office
