About the company:

DNA Recruit is working with a global, multi-award-winning, global Medical Communications agency based in the USA. They specialize in delivering high medical and scientific strategy and communications across the full realm of Publications, Med Affairs and Promotional Content.
 

Primary Responsibilities:

· Lead a team on medical and scientific strategy based in the USA

· Lead the development of the publications and med affairs business

· Act scientific expert for client engagement

· Manage growing and high performing team

· Work closely with the senior leadership team in other departments- Strategy, Creative etc
 

Skills/Experience Required:

· 7+ Years experience leading teams or accounts for Medical and Scientific Services

· Extensive Medical Communications experience in promotional med comms and publications

· High science category experience- Oncology, Rare Disease, Neurology

· Management experience of junior writers
