JOB DESCRIPTION

DNA Recruit are working with a pioneering Immersive Agency known for crafting multi-sensory experiences for global brands. From hyper-reality experiences to large-scale entertainment events, they deliver memorable moments through cutting-edge technology and creative concepts that captivate audiences worldwide.
 
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to ensure their office runs smoothly and support live event projects. This role involves overseeing office management, business operations, HR administration, and providing logistical support for events. If you're highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in operations management or related fields, we want to hear from you!
 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain efficient office management systems and oversee supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate facilities management and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
  • Manage office costs and organise industry events and internal team-building activities.
  • Support the CEO and senior team with operational tasks and policy development.
  • Streamline workflows and improve cross-departmental communication.
  • Monitor operational metrics, analyse data, and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT providers to manage internal systems and provide technical support.
  • Assist with top-level executive and board meetings, including documentation and minutes.
  • Handle recruitment processes, employee onboarding/offboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Provide logistical support for live event projects, including travel arrangements and on-site support.
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR software systems.
