JOB DESCRIPTION
Salary up to £70K - Plus Bonus
Are you an accomplished Sales Enablement Lead with a knack for developing and delivering comprehensive sales enablement content across three core pillars: Product Knowledge, Sales Skills and Methodology, and Sales Process.
DNA Recruit is working with a global data provider specialising in digital information, intelligence and analytics within their markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate meetings to define training objectives aligned with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the latest insights and product knowledge
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and HR, to align training initiatives with business objectives and product updates
- Create and curate engaging training materials that cover the combined product offerings, including data solutions and analytics tools
- Design and implement a structured 30/60/90 day onboarding programme for new sellers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, market positioning, and customer needs
- Train the sales team on effective strategies for engaging and closing deals with distinct customer cohorts, ensuring alignment with their unique needs and pain points
- Collaborate with Commercial leadership to develop training programs for sales coaches, enhancing their ability to mentor and support their teams effectively.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the sales enablement technology stack
- Define and agree on success metrics and KPIs with business owners to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role, preferably in SaaS sales.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience collaborating with SMEs and business stakeholders to develop training content and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
