What You'll Do:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of key client accounts, delivering exceptional service while keeping projects on time and within budget.
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring all project briefs are met.
• Manage communications between clients, internal teams, and suppliers to keep everyone aligned and up to speed.
• Lead the financial performance of projects, from budget tracking to preparing reconciliations for client debriefs.
• Handle supplier negotiations and contracts, ensuring all pre-production and on-site logistics run smoothly.
• Be the on-site lead, managing teams, troubleshooting, and keeping clients informed and confident every step of the way.
• Provide post-event analysis and reporting, highlighting ROI and potential improvements.
• Mentor and support junior team members, helping them grow while maintaining top-tier project standards.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record in producing large-scale, complex B2B events and experiential campaigns for global clients.
• Experience managing multiple projects at once, with the ability to prioritize and guide teams effectively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to present ideas and hold the room.
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset, always pushing for the best outcomes for clients and your team.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure while keeping a positive, energetic approach.
• A solid understanding of industry trends and commercial awareness to stay ahead of the curve.
• Familiarity with GDPR practices and project management tools like Google Drive and Procim (preferred, but not essential).
