Are you a dynamic Venue Sales Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences at large, high-capacity venues? If so, DNA Recruit has an exciting opportunity for you! We’re partnering with a leading entertainment business renowned for its impressive portfolio of iconic venues, and they’re looking for a talented Senior Sales & Events Manager to join their team.

This role is all about pushing boundaries, bringing fresh ideas, and ensuring your venue reaches its full potential.
The Role: As the Senior Sales & Events Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Sales, playing a key role in shaping and executing the sales strategy for the venue. You’ll be the go-to person for managing enquiries, developing new business, and leading proactive sales efforts. You’ll also oversee the marketing initiatives for your venue, ensuring the brand grows in line with the company’s high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales strategy and performance across the venue
- Building and managing client relationships, from site visits to contract negotiation
- Collaborating with marketing teams to implement effective promotional strategies
- Ensuring compliance with financial processes, including forecasting and reconciliation
- Attending networking events and exhibitions to promote the venue and build industry connections
- A proven track record in managing large-scale event venues
- A strong commercial mindset, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Leadership experience across sales, operations, and facilities management teams
- Knowledge of the local venue market and key agents
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
